Arsalan built the "Urdu Alphabet" app as a free, ad-supported application with an optional one-time Premium in-app purchase. Premium removes advertising and enables the learning features to work offline. This Service is provided by Arsalan and is intended for use as is.
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the app in its free "Online with Ads" state or after Premium access has been activated.
Information You Provide
The app does not require you to create an account and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photographs, or payment-card details. Writing input is processed on your device for practice scoring and is not sent to Arsalan.
Information Stored on Your Device
The app stores learning progress and preferences locally on your device. This can include the current alphabet or word, practice and quiz results, appearance and audio settings, advertising timing information, and a local record of whether Google Play has confirmed Premium access. Arsalan does not receive this local learning data. You can remove it by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app.
Free Version: Internet Access and Advertising
When the app is used as "Online with Ads," it connects to an app-hosted status file to confirm that online learning access is available. Like a normal web request, the hosting provider may process technical information such as your IP address, request time, app or device information, and network diagnostics.
The free version uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), including AppLovin and Meta Audience Network mediation. Depending on your location, privacy choices, device settings, and the provider's configuration, these advertising services may collect or share information such as:
The app removes the Android advertising ID permission from its manifest. Advertising providers may still use other identifiers permitted by Android and by your privacy choices.
Google User Messaging Platform is used to request and store advertising consent or privacy choices where required. When available, you can review those choices through the app's "Privacy choices" menu. Advertising is requested only when the applicable consent system allows it.
Premium Purchase and Offline Access
Premium access is sold as a one-time in-app product through Google Play Billing. Google Play processes the payment. Arsalan and the app do not receive or store your credit-card, bank-account, or other payment details. The app receives purchase status and a purchase token from Google Play so that it can acknowledge the purchase, activate Premium access, and restore it after reinstallation.
The app stores the confirmed Premium entitlement locally. When an internet connection is available, the app may contact Google Play to confirm or restore that entitlement. Purchase records are handled by Google according to Google's policies.
After Premium access is active, the app does not initialize its advertising or advertising-consent services, does not request ads, and skips the app-hosted status check used by the free version. The learning content can then be used offline. Google Play, Android, or other device services may still communicate with their own systems independently of these app features.

Arsalan does not sell your personal information. Information is shared only through the service providers described in this policy, when needed to operate the applicable app features, or when required by law.
Log and Diagnostic Data
The app does not include a separate analytics or crash-reporting service operated by Arsalan. Google Play and the third-party services listed above may process log or diagnostic data under their own policies. Such data may include an IP address, device type, operating-system and app versions, app configuration, timestamps, performance information, and details associated with an error.
Cookies and Similar Technologies
The app does not directly place browser cookies. Third-party services may use cookies, local device storage, identifiers, or similar technologies to provide billing, consent, advertising, security, measurement, and fraud prevention functions. Their use depends on the service, your settings, and your privacy choices.
Data Retention and Your Choices
Children's Privacy
This educational app can be used by children. The app does not ask children to create an account or directly provide personally identifiable information to Arsalan. The free version may use the advertising services described above, subject to applicable privacy choices and provider policies. Parents or guardians who believe that a child has provided personal information to Arsalan should use the contact address below so that the matter can be reviewed and appropriate action can be taken.
Security
Reasonable measures are used to protect information handled by the app. Network connections to the app's status file, Google Play, and advertising providers use the security offered by those services. No method of internet transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
